Douglas is a qualified and experienced training facilitator, internal verifier and assessor. Having run his own businesses he is a globally recognized social entrepreneur, Ashoka and Lemmelson Fellow Douglas specializes in working with non-formal business communities, has published a number of books and articles over the years and draws cartoons.
